Welcome to the farm! This barn was built around 1860, and still has all of the original hand hewn beams inside. In 2023, we had to replace the windows, doors, roof, and siding because…well, nothing lasts forever, and 163 years of wear and tear had taken a toll.

The roofline in particular hints at the structure’s age. During the restoration of the exterior, we didn’t want to remove any of the original wood siding, beams, or tresses, so our Amish construction crew simply went over top of it. So, in addition to being “The Copper Barn Farm,” we also fondly call it the “Wavy Barn Farm” because that roofline is definitely not straight! 😁

Our goal here at the farm is to help people enjoy happier, healthier lives with clean food, healthy plants, delicious recipes, easy garden tips, fun DIY projects, and beautiful decor, apparel, and jewelry handcrafted by local artisans.

We sell our fresh produce and plants at affordable prices directly to consumers. We believe that accessing fresh food shouldn’t be hard or expensive.  Although we are just a small dot in this vast universe, if we help even one person put fresh fruits and vegetables on their table, our hearts are happy. 

Because we are a "cottage" business, Ohio laws prevent us from shipping certain items out of the state. Our fresh produce, live plants, seeds, dried herbs, and teas are available only for pick up at the farm.  All other items are available either for pick up or for shipping to any destination in the United States.
